At SkillWork BD, we want you to be satisfied with our courses. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our courses. If you are not satisfied with the course within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • You submit the request within 7 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Certification fees
  • One-on-one mentorship sessions already conducted
  • Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to refunds@skillworkbd.com
  2. Include your order number and registered email address
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

6. Course Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.
